At The Privacy Trust Group, we may require a certain amount of sensitive client information to process your order or provide our privacy consulting services. Since our goal is to help consumer to protect their privacy we will make every effort to require only the minimal sensitive information necessary to assist our clients. Some information requested may be optional and the client may choose not to provide “optional” information if they so desire. Information which is optional will be indicated as such on information request forms. Any information that is provided to JR The Trust Group consultants will be maintained in the utmost confidence. We will never trade, rent or sell your information to any other company or organization We may contract with affiliated organizations, service providers, or marketing partners in the process of providing our clients better services or products. We will assure that any associated organization has access to only the minimum necessary client information and that any client information is only used in the completion of the specific contracted services for JR The Trust Group Inc. (Contracted services may be services such as billing, information management, or other business services). We promise to minimize all correspondence with our clients, after the completion of any contracted work, as we respect your time and appreciate your business. Please inform us at any time if you wish not to receive information from us. You may make your privacy requests to us through written correspondence, fax, phone or online.
